When we discuss declutter, people usually think to declutter any part of your home or getting rid of some unnecessary items like old clothes but this is not a way to get rid of clutter. Without changing our lifestyle and habits maybe we can get rid of the clutter but for a certain period and then the problem comes back with a new challenge.

For Example:  A street sweeper cleans road In developed countries also in underdeveloped countries. Then why developed countries are more cleaner?

The Answer is, without discipline or changing a lifestyle and bad habits, if a sweeper cleans a road twice a day in underdeveloped countries, I am guaranteed it can not achieve what he wants.

To getting rid of the clutter, first learn how to get rid of bad habits and how to change our lifestyle. Although this is not an easy task, you can complete most of your tasks in a short period of time, provided that you do not destroy yourself with a few bad habits. Here are some tips to help you get rid of the clutter you don't need.

2)-Smart Work:

Life or career advancement does not require hard work, must doing works smartly and this method has to be adopted for most of the daily routine.

3)-Pointless Web Browsing:

In today's world, most people have access to the Internet in the home or office and it is easy to find answers to the questions that come to mind. However, experts say that doing so affects tasks, and if you want to get information, write them down somewhere and avoid looking for them during your work.

4)-Multi-Tasking Habit:

Although most people believe that they can do two things at the same time in the best way, scientific research has shown that only 2% of people are able to do multitasking effectively. For everyone else, it is a bad habit that diminishes our ability to concentrate and affects our work on a long-term basis.

5)-Use Of Emails And Social Media:
Access to the Internet has led to an increase in people viewing emails and using social media accounts throughout the day. But as a result, 25 minutes of work is wasted throughout the day, and according to scientific research reports, constantly checking social media and e-mails has a negative effect on our intelligence.

6)-Postpone The Most Important Tasks:
People often start their day by completing easy tasks and leaving difficult ones for later. This is not a good habit and often doing so does not complete important tasks. According to a study, people's willpower decreases with the passage of time in a day.

7)-Too Many Meetings:
The things that affect the flow of work the most are unnecessary meetings. When tools like email, instant messenger, and video chat are available, meetings with people should be held to discuss serious issues.

According to experts, it is better to get up and walk after a while than to sit all day. Even walking in the open air instead of holding meetings in offices is a guarantee of success. Walking in the fresh air also refreshes the brain.

Some people think that setting multiple goals is the best way to achieve success, if one intention fails then the other can be chosen. But unfortunately, this thinking is very flawed. According to experts, the failure to achieve life's goals is due to a lack of priorities. According to them, set low goals that you think are very important or can be ignored and that's it.

Most enthusiastic and organized people plan every hour of their day. But it is true that everything is planned in this world is not possible, an illness or an unexpected assignment makes the whole day's schedule a pile of rubbish. Instead, try to plan for four to five hours each day with flexibility.

Strategies must be formulated before attempting to achieve long-term goals. If you are doing something without thinking and suddenly there is a problem in between, it is a very heartbreaking experience and a waste of time.
