Our Today's Topic is: "Speak when you need". 

To live a stress-free life, speak only if you have some benefit from your words. Because most of the man's mistakes are due to his language. Therefore, good people only speak when it is necessary or compulsory. The one who talks too much is often wrong and the one who is more wrong is also more sinful.

When we consider the importance of silence deeply, its secrets begin to unfold. Melodious surroundings of Nature can only be felt in deep silence. Obviously, it's don't mean to keep silent all the time. Maybe sometimes my speech is better than your silence. And your silence is better than my speech. Silence teaches us the correct use of words.

For Example: 
It is necessary to speak in favor of the oppressed, as well it is also important to remain silent in order to hear a message.

Types Of Conversation: 
To learn the benefits of silence or a good conversation, it is important to know which conversation is important and where to keep silent.

There are four kinds of conversation.

  1. A conversation that only has a loss. 
  2. In which there are both disadvantages and advantages. 
  3. In which there is neither profit nor loss. 
  4. In which there is a complete benefit.
Keep silence on point number one and two.
 Keep trying to avoid point number three. 
Only point number four is for conversation.

We Are Right But Fell Silent:

Sometimes we are right, but when you became silent, the riots stopped. We could have answered someone but stopped and the storm subsided. Not every truth is to be told everywhere.

Why we have been given two ears and one tongue?

Importance Of Silence:

In this world of machines and waves, communicators and psychologists have given great importance to silence in order to attain true human dignity. We summarize them in points:

Meditation| Sounds of Silence| :

Leave the limbs loose. Sit in solitude and close your eyes in a calm. Leave your mind free and think nothing. Don't even think that you are not thinking, this meditation is called Nothingness in Mind Sciences. It is also considered difficult because it requires good practice to clear the mind. In the beginning, if this condition is achieved even for a few seconds, then this amazing miracle will make you experience a state of complete refreshment, within a few seconds.

In the meantime, if some through come in mind, don't try to remove them. The age of whispers is attention, they will go away automatically. Focus on keeping your mind free. 

(i)- Thinking Without Words And Numbers:

Our minds are accustomed to calculations. It is always stuck in words and numbers. We think that the mind can't do anything without it, but it's not true. Getting the brain out of its routine refreshes itself. And it brings to the fore the abilities that were hidden in the corners. One way to do this is to think outside the box.

(ii)- Think In Patterns:

Like looking at a face and feeling its beauty in the heart. Feel the heart-touching image of a scene. Let the freshness of the noise of the waves come in without any hindrance. You will have a unique feeling of freshness and harmony with the universe.

(iii)- Cave Of The Heart:

Contemplating the universe, everyone must make a green cave in their heart. In which some time of the day should be stay. Mysterious things will begin to happen here. And sometimes secrets will be revealed that the tongue will be unable to express. Give yourself time. Your relatives are very important, but so are you. Therefore, it is important to give yourself time to achieve a balanced life. So set some time in 24 hours and spend a few minutes alone.

(iv)- Enjoy Your Company:

Learn to enjoy this solitude when you are out of the house, to the park, or on a trip, or when you are alone. This art will never let you get bored.

Experience the benefits of silence by talking quietly with the purity of nature. Hear to heart the music of a waterfall. See the naturalness of a bird by open your eyes. Encourage yourself on an achievement. Take a smile alone. Ever wonder how beautiful the world is. This world will look beautiful to you.
